What types of golf carts do you offer for rent?

We provide a diverse range of carts tailored to meet your specific requirements. Our rental fleet features a selection of options, including 2-passenger, 4-passenger, and 6-passenger carts.

Additionally, we offer utility carts equipped with a rear cargo box for transporting items, as well as beverage carts designed with an insert capable of holding up to 300 cans.

How far in advance should I book a golf cart for my event?

Bookings are first come, first serve, so we encourage you to book as far out from your event as possible.

What is your reservation and cancellation policy?

We respectfully ask for at least one week's notice for reservations and cancellation. In cases where notice is shorter, we will certainly make every effort to accommodate your needs, although we cannot guarantee availability.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services for golf carts?

We sure do! For delivery and pickup within Edmonton, the fee is $300. Please contact us for inquiries regarding deliveries elsewhere.

What happens if I damage a rental cart?

In the unfortunate event that a cart sustains damage during your rental period, our established procedure ensures transparency and efficient resolution. Here's how it works:

1. Assessment by Our Drivers

Our dedicated drivers are trained to promptly assess any damages to the cart upon its return. They thoroughly inspect the cart and document any visible damage.

2. Photo Documentation

If damage is identified, our drivers take photographs of the damages observed on the cart. These photos serve as a visual record of the condition.

3. Contacting the Customer

Our admin office reaches out to the customer via email, providing them with the documented photos of the damages alongside the invoice.

4. Discussion and Resolution

We engage in a constructive dialogue with the customer to discuss the damages, clarify any concerns, and proceed with the necessary steps for resolution, which may include damage assessment fees.

Who can rent a cart?

We welcome all customers to rent a golf cart from us, and there are no age restrictions or driver's license requirements to initiate a rental.

However, it's important to note that when operating our golf carts, renters must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding who can and cannot drive golf carts. These regulations may vary depending on your area, so it's essential to familiarize yourself with the specific rules and restrictions governing golf cart operation in your location.

Yes—as long as the decorations are fully removable and do not cause damage to the cart.

Do your golf carts come with warranty?

All new carts come with manufacturer's warranty and we provide a complementary one-year warranty on all used carts purchased through us. We stand by the quality of our carts!

What payment methods do you accept for golf cart purchases?

We accept debit, Interac e-Transfer, cash, cheque, EFT, and up to $5000 on Visa or Mastercard as valid forms of payment when you purchase in-person.

Trade-ins are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the condition and age of the cart. Please note that not all trade-ins can be accepted.

Yes, we ship parts throughout all of Western Canada and beyond with the courier of your choice.

What are the typical service items required on a cart?

We offer service and maintenance packages. A typical service will consist of oil, oil filter, air filters, and an inspection of the frames and mechanical parts. Please refer to our Service page for more information.
