Sales Representative

We are searching for the best candidate to handle an abundance of Golf Cart sales opportunities. When you join The Golf Cart People family as a full-time employee, you will be part of a growing organization that is leading the Golf Cart industry.

Compensation: Base pay of $2500.00 with commission

Responsibilities:
• In addition to working with customers daily to qualify their needs and budget, the candidate would be responsible for the daily follow-up of leads and opportunities through phone, email, and the use of the Company-owned CRM in order to meet his/her sales objectives.
• Help keep our yard and showroom organized and stocked with carts

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate would be a natural salesperson, must have at least 1 years of sales experience, and can follow certain sales processes and steps to achieve goals.
• This candidate must have a pleasant demeanor, strong analytical and leadership skills, common sense, good communication skills, be honest, conscientious, naturally friendly, likable, and enjoy working with all types of people.
• You must be professional, have integrity, be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Our most successful sales associates possess a positive “Make it happen” attitude while keeping calm under pressure, and all of our best salesmen are motivated for success and to maximize their commissions.
• Strong computer skills are necessary.
• Candidates will be measured on their experience, their ability to close deals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Consistent follow-up and follow-through is an absolute requirement of this position and an integral part of this position requiring the candidate to be enthusiastic about Customer Service, conflict resolution, solving problems, and growing sales.

On Communication
• Candidates need to be able to handle multiple projects at one time, with ease and accuracy, and be able to communicate with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
• In addition to being positive, courteous, professional, and friendly, being extremely competitive and willing to “Make it happen” for our customers is necessary to remain on our team.
